Thank you for shopping with us.

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days after receiving your products, given a valid reason, and provided the items are in the same condition as when received.

Please note overdue requests may not be accepted.


What’s Return/Exchange Policy?

Returned products must be unharmed, in good-as-new condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Otherwise, returns may be subject to refusal.
Return shipping fees will be at your own expense.


Note that:

We do not accept a “return” package or product without receiving a notification upfront and without agreeing to the return/refund/exchange.

Don't return the package to the shipping address on the shipping label, please send it to the specified address in the return/exchange policy or the one that will be given to you by our customer service representative.

We do not accept any returns that haven’t come as a request through customer service first. If you want to make a return, please contact customer service and return to the address provided by the representative.

How can I initiate the return process?

  1. Email return request → 2. Wait for request approval → 3. Receive return address → 4. Ship item 5. Sent the receipt and shipping information after sending → 6. Arrival confirmation 7. Wait for Refund


When submitting an email request for a return/refund, a customer service representative will communicate with you quickly. Pay attention to the reply. (Usually, it will come within one or two working days).

Please return the time(s) through your local post office to avoid extra taxation when it arrives in our country.
Please send us tracking the info after you ship it, take careful notice of the tracking information as they’re important for a swift return/refund process.

A refund will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

 

How can I make an exchange?

Repeat the above steps. After receiving the returned item (s) we will arrange the return.

 

Cancellation Policy

Submitting cancellation requests by sending us an email with the corresponding subject.
Our customer service will communicate via email, so please pay attention to the reply. (Usually within one working day).

The prepared items cannot be canceled or stopped.
The shipped orders cannot be canceled.
We cannot offer an exchange or refund about receiving the item (s) that are delivered to the shipping address you have offered.

 


REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.

If there is no quality-related issue, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund within 14 working days of receiving your order, this refund will however be issued at the discretion of Rose Label. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

 

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Note: Please do not return to the same address on your package. It's not our designated return address and will affect the return process.
